　　在日前的中国信息化百人会 2020 年峰会上，华为公司董事、战略研究院院长徐文伟也公布了华为 HMS 移动生态系统的最新成绩，目前全球月活用户已达 7 亿。

　　徐文伟表示，华为的 HMS (华为移动服务)生态加速走向海外，全球月活用户超过 7 亿，注册的开发者已经达到 160 万，超过 8 万个应用已经集成了华为的 HMS Core。

　　华为的 HMS 类似于谷歌的 GMS 服务，去年在 HDC 大会上首次公布，当时有 14 项服务，包括 9 个基础服务和 5 个增长服务，随后不断扩展 HMS 的服务能力。

　　七月初华为正式宣布了 HMS Core 5.0，其能力开放覆盖七大领域的服务，包括：应用服务（App Services）、图形（Graphics）、媒体（Media）、人工智能（AI）、智能终端（Smart Device）、安全（Security）、系统（System），更全面地开放华为“芯-端-云”能力。

　　HMS 是华为发展操作系统生态的重要部分，对于这个问题，徐文伟表示，在操作系统领域，华为认为未来模式的引领者，应该是用开放对抗封闭，用协同对抗割裂。

　　近日，从北京大学了解到，近日由北京大学软件研究所系统软件团队黄罡教授领导研发的“北大数瑞分布式账本系统”，通过了中国信息通信研究院泰尔实验室组织的官方测试。这是国内首个在互联网大规模节点生产环境下通过的分布式账本系统性能测试。这项成果将有助于突破当前在各个行业大数据存证应用场景中普遍存在的性能瓶颈问题，支持我国新型基础设施建设。

　　“北大数瑞”是北京大学系统软件团队面向人机物融合计算场景研发的泛在互操作平台，支持云、网、边、端等泛在设备数据资源的按需互操作及可信管控。分布式账本作为北大数瑞的基础设施服务之一，其核心技术特色是通过随机选取固定数量的节点运行并行共识协议，形成有向无环图（DAG）的非链状数据结构，实现数据高吞吐率、存储开销可控、系统高可扩展性的底层技术架构，从而为数据管控等应用场景提供高性能的基础技术支撑。

　　本次测试环境为部署在全国 10 个不同城市的机房中的 100 个公有云节点，每个节点之间均通过固定上限带宽的公网通信。公有云虚拟机的配置为双核、4GB 内存、20Mbps（2.5MB/s）网络带宽、设备硬件配置及网络环境更加接近实际应用场景生产环境。测试结果显示北大数瑞分布式账本系统在公网环境、100 节点规模下的存证性能可超过 16 万 TPS；而且随着节点数目的增加，整个网络的吞吐率呈现线性增加趋势，实测效果可以更好满足大数据、工业互联网、物联网等高并发场景的实际需求。

　　中国信息通信研究院于 2018 年 4 月牵头启动“可信区块链推进计划”，该计划的宗旨是推动区块链基础核心技术研究和行业应用落地，加快可信区块链标准的更新迭代，支撑政府决策，促进区块链行业良性健康发展，提升我国区块链国际影响力。目前，已经有 410 家企业加入可信区块链推进计划。

　　因此，“北大数瑞分布式账本系统”通过本次测试，将对“可信区块链推进计划”具有重要的意义，将有助于突破当前在各个行业大数据存证应用场景中普遍存在的性能瓶颈问题，并坚实地支持我国新型基础设施建设。

　　区块链技术只是分布式账本的一种实现。现在市场上绝大多数的分布式账本都是针对区块链 1.0 应用可编程货币、区块链 2.0 应用可编程金融场景设计的。此类场景均需要通过对交易的验证机制来保证账本状态的正确，因此现有的分布式账本通常在底层预设交易的验证机制。

　　 Dong Mingzhu said that now some of the more than 1,000 cheap air conditioners are sold to renters, because they do not live for rent, so they are the cheapest to buy. But when the tenants live in, they are unlucky, not only the electricity bill is very expensive, but also the noise is very loud.

　　 Regarding the previous corporate propaganda of "one kilowatt-hour of electricity", they actually changed the concept. The actual situation is that the ambient temperature is constantly changing, and the air conditioner needs to be adjusted according to temperature changes. And often shutting down and restarting is the most power-consuming, this process may require one or two kilowatt-hours of electricity. Gree's air conditioner cannot be said to be "one kilowatt per night", but it should be no problem to save half of the electricity.
