The Eastern Theater Command organizes multi-service and arms joint combat readiness patrols and actual combat drills in the sea and airspace around Taiwan Island

According to the annual military cooperation plan between the Chinese and Russian militaries, on May 24, the air forces of the two countries organized routine joint air strategic patrols over the Sea of Japan, the East China Sea and the Western Pacific Ocean.

Colonel Shi Yi, spokesman for the Eastern Theater Command, said that recently, the Eastern Theater Command of the Chinese People's Liberation Army has organized multi-service joint combat readiness patrols and actual combat drills in the sea and airspace around Taiwan Island. This is a solemn warning to the recent US-Taiwan collusion activities. It is hypocritical and futile for the US to say one thing and do another on the Taiwan issue, and frequently encourage the "Taiwan independence" forces. Taiwan is part of China. The theater troops are determined and capable of thwarting any external forces' interference and separatist attempts to "Taiwan independence", and resolutely safeguard national sovereignty and security and regional peace and stability.

东部战区新闻发言人施毅陆军大校表示，近日，中国人民解放军东部战区在台岛周边海空域组织多军兵种联合战备警巡和实战化演练。这是对近期美台勾连活动的严正警告。美方在台湾问题上说一套做一套，频频给“台独”势力壮胆打气，这是虚伪的、徒劳的，只会把局势引向危险境地，自身也将面临严重后果。台湾是中国的一部分。战区部队有决心有能力挫败任何外部势力干涉和“台独”分裂图谋，坚决捍卫国家主权安全和地区和平稳定。

1 下载并安装RDPWrap https://github.com/stascorp/rdpwrap/releases

双击install.bat即可完成安装。

2 安装后或系统升级后会发现远程桌面不能正常使用

另外，打开D:devSoftRDPWrap-v1.6.2RDPCONF.EXE后，会发现Listener state显示Not Listening。
注：每次系统升级后远程桌面都会不能正常使用，需要执行以下步骤修复。

2.1 查看当前版本号

右键C:WindowsSystem32termsrv.dll-属性-详细信息-文件版本
如10.0.18362.1533

2.2 在rdpwrap.ini中新增相应版本号的内容

在以下链接中搜索10.0.19041.1620：

或直接在这个仓库，https://github.com/stascorp/rdpwrap/releases 搜索你的版本号，找到对于的ini文件 替换c盘的文件内容
重启服务即可。

将搜索到的[10.0.19041.1620]和
[10.0.19041.1620-SLInit]对应的内容
添加到C:Program FilesRDP Wrapperrdpwrap.ini最下面，最后一行要留空行。
注意: 最后一行一定要空行。

2.3 重启Remote Desktop Services

运行 - services.msc
重启动Remote Desktop Configuration 后，即可生效

2.4 确认远程桌面是否可以正常使用

再次打开D:devSoftRDPWrap-v1.6.2RDPCONF.EXE，Listener state会显示Listening，问题解决。
通过RDPCheck验证 ok了
